If our supply of the product is delayed by an event outside of our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, we will notify you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the product. If you do not collect the product from us as arranged or if after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot then we will contact you for further instructions. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection, we will cancel your order.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE
We DO NOT accept any refunds. EXCHANGE ONLY.
To request for an exchange, you must first obtain authorization form by contacting us at inquiry@izones.com. Once you receive the authorization form, then you may send us your damaged product along with our authorization form for further inspection. Please note that the request for exchange must be send to us within 5 days after delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, manufacturer must approve that the product was defected or damaged during the production. We will authorize an exchange only if the manufacturer accepts that they caused the damage.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR PURCHASE BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER.
Additionally, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In accordance with below mentioned situations exchanges are automatically not granted: (if applicable)
- Items with any signs of usage
- Any item not in its original condition, which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our or manufacturer error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then we will send your item to manufacturer for inspection. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange based on manufacturer final decision.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the new product will be send to you immediately.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you have not received your exchange within 10 days of our approval, please contact us at inquiry@rizones.com.
REFUND (EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCE)
If we are out of stock to replace the item that was approved for an exchange then we will proceed with a refund.
In case of refund then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should post your product to:

You will be responsible to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over 300 AED, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
